Deaf Counseling Center provides exceptional counseling and personal development services to individuals of all ages, couples, and families. In addition to individual, family, and couples counseling, we partner with schools, businesses, and other organizations through counseling, seminars, and consultation.
Position Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral level degree
- Fully licensed to practice independently
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Already paneled or willing to be paneled with insurance companies – we can help with this
- Must be comfortable using email or videophone
- Must not have own private practice

Compensation
Payment as an independent contractor, dependent upon number of sessions and caseload per month. Contractual counselors and therapists can earn up to $125,000 a year.

- 1. Contact us for email information, then submit the following paperwork to Deaf Counseling Center
- A. Copy of professional license (must be fully licensed to practice independently – LPCC, LPC, LCSW-C, LMFT)
- B. Copy of malpractice insurance (minimum coverage: $1,000,000 individual; $3,000,000 aggregate)
- C. Professional resume
- D. Copy of Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH) if you hold this. BC-TMH is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended
- 2. Complete an interview with Deaf Counseling Center (scheduled by invitation after submission of above materials)
